In a structured, hands-on session team members will:

Facilitation Coaching
I offer coaching 1-1 or small group coaching as an add-on following training workshops for those who want a bit more guidance.
From workshop preparation to debrief, I’ll partner with your in-house team members so they feel supported throughout the process. They’ll leave with feedback and tools to step forward into their next workshop or Design Sprint more powerfully.
I act as a thought partner with them from start to finish. Sessions are structured around their timeline. Think of it as having a seasoned co-pilot along for the journey.

Why Me?
Design Sprint Expert:
An early adopter of the Design Sprint process, I started running sprints with product teams upon receiving an early copy of the book in 2016. I’ve since run Design Sprint trainings with John and Jake, authors of the Design Sprint book, and co-authored the Remote Design Sprint Guide with them at the start of the pandemic to help teams transition to remote quickly.
Diverse Experience:
My 17+ years leading cross-functional teams at varying levels inside of very large and very small organizations has enhanced my capacity to prepare teams to lead through even the most challenging dynamics.
A Supportive Environment:
I bring 20 years of study and practice in mindfulness to the way I facilitate groups. I value being fully present and attuned to the needs of the group and foster an environment of open communication through creating a safe and supportive space.
