Strategic Workshops
Get the clarity you need to move forward with confidence.
Growth stalls. Priorities compete. Leadership teams are busy but not fully aligned. There’s ambition for the future but no shared picture of what that future should be or how to build it together.
When your team is stuck or spinning, bring them together for a concentrated effort to define and shine light on the path forward. My approach is customized to address your specific challenges, help devise actionable plans, and set measures for success.
Under my guidance, your team will move faster toward an aligned future. I’ll foster collaboration, neutralize politics, and guide groups through a tailored process so that the end result is something the whole team feels invested in.
What’s Typical?
My approach is highly curated, and my workshops are designed with smart and empathetic methods for getting your team to clarity and on a path together.
While no two scenarios are alike, I often partner with leaders facing challenges, like:
Rebuilding alignment after major leadership change
Defining a bold vision for the next chapter of growth
Preparing a company for future sale or transition
Turning scattered priorities into a clear strategic direction
Engaging senior leaders in shaping—not just receiving—the future
I help leadership teams create:
A shared picture of the future
Stronger alignment across key leaders
A portfolio of prioritized opportunities
Clearer commitments and next steps
Greater energy for what comes next

Jackie brought clarity and structure to a pivotal and complex moment for Vibrant. She synthesized the many challenging factors that contribute to a broken mental healthcare system and mobilized our team to find innovative solutions that put the help seeker at the center of the story. She guided our leadership team through a thoughtful vision and strategy process, engaging voices from across the organization and beyond. Her ability to navigate multiple layers of stakeholders while keeping us focused on what mattered most was invaluable in helping us define a clear path forward.
